What is the Engage Account?

Engage is a fair and ethical digital account and contactless Visa debit card that works just like a high street current account - but with no hidden fees or unexpected costs.

Engage is only available to Credit Union members.

 

Choose the type of Engage Account that suits your needs

There are two types of Engage Account available:

  • Engage Classic Account – basic banking and low fees
  • Engage Premium Account – ideal if you need to pay bills by direct debit

Once your Engage account is open, regular funds or a Credit Union loan can be paid directly into your Engage account and you can immediately access cash from an ATM, shop online or instore using your contactless Visa debit card, pay your bills and easily manage your money with the Engage digital mobile app.

Take the stress out of budgeting and paying household bills.

Set up virtual savings envelopes in the Engage mobile app to help you budget for things like utility bills, rent/mortgage, council tax or for a special purchase. Then, when your bills are due Engage can automatically pay them by standing order or direct debit, or release funds back into your Engage account to spend by debit card or to withdraw cash.
